In Nov. 2024, Zhejiang Kinso Technology successfully organized the team-building activity themed "Team with One Heart, Marching Forward". The event was held in the scenic Hangzhou Pingfeng Mountain Camp (situated in Pingyao Town, Yuhang District). All the employees participated actively and spent a fulfilling and delightful day together. The form of the activity was simple yet profound, aiming to enhance team cohesion, improve employee communication, and reflect the company's gratitude and care for the staff, laying a solid foundation for future teamwork within the company.
Activity Review
At 9:00am, all the employees arrived at Pingfeng Mountain camp orderly. After reaching the destination, they received professional protective gears, such as clothing, helmets, and knee pads. Under the guidance of professional ATV instructors, the employees learned the precautions and skills of driving ATV. Then, they drove ATV across the mountains. The team supported and encouraged each other when facing difficulties, overcame them together, and moved forward until the end. The alternate use of the accelerator and the brake made everyone feel the pleasure of teamwork in the tense and exciting moments.
At lunchtime, the staff had a buffet barbecue and enjoyed the food. In the afternoon, they also participated in outdoor activities like archery and PUBG game, which not only exercised their bodies but also relaxed their minds. Besides, there were various entertainment programs like mahjong, table tennis, board games, table football, darts, werewolf killing, Texas Hold 'em, movie watching /KTV, mini golf for everyone to choose from. Everyone spent a happy afternoon full of laughter. It also deepened the unity and communication among the employees and gained positive energy.
As the sun set, the team-building activity came to an end. With a full harvest and a happy mood, we set off on the way back. Although the activity was over, the journey had just begun. All the staff of Kinso Technology will join hands with unity and passion in the chemical industry, forge ahead in the face of difficulties, and create more brilliance. In the future, we will work together with the company to contribute more to the fields of medicine, pesticides, and so on.
